What OB-GYN practices ask us
Do we have to replace our record system to work with TRIARQ?
No. Many practices start with revenue cycle or value services on the systems they already run. Pathways Connect is the integration layer that lets TRIARQ work with your existing technology, and you adopt more of the platform only when it earns its place.
How do you handle global maternity billing?
The global package is tracked as one span of care rather than a set of unrelated visits, so antepartum, delivery, and postpartum services stay attached to it, and transfers of care, complications, and separately billable services are carved out at the time they happen instead of during an audit.
Can you support in-office ultrasound and other ancillaries?
Yes. Ultrasound, laboratory, and other in-office services are managed as their own service lines with their own coding and documentation discipline, and reported separately in Pathways Intelligence so each one shows its real contribution.
What happened to the Q products we used to hear about?
They became Pathways. The practice platform is Pathways Practice, intake and scheduling is Pathways Visit, analytics is Pathways Intelligence, the referral capability is Pathways Referral, and the full-service revenue tier is RCM Complete inside Pathways Revenue Performance. Same platform lineage, one name, and a wider set of services around it.
Is this an acquisition or a roll-up?
No. TRIARQ partners with independent practices. You keep your ownership, your brand, and your governance. The engagement runs at the level you choose, from technology enablement to fully managed services, and you can change that level as the practice grows.
Where do we start?
A conversation, then a clear picture of how the practice performs today. Most practices begin in one lane, usually revenue cycle or practice operations, and widen the partnership at the pace they set.
