Members with recurring, persistent or ongoing joint and muscle pain. The service is currently available to a select group of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan members.

Questions physicians ask

Does care navigation replace my referral or treatment plan?

No. Care navigation supports the care you provide. It doesn't replace your clinical judgment, and member benefits and referral or authorization requirements stay the same.

Is there a cost to my patient?

Care navigation is free to eligible members. Visits with providers are subject to the member's copayment and deductible.

Which patients are eligible?

The service is currently available to a select group of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan members with recurring, persistent or ongoing joint and muscle pain. Members can confirm eligibility by calling the Customer Service number on the back of their member ID card.

What conditions does the team support?

Osteoarthritis, chronic lower back pain, and hip and knee pain, along with other recurring joint and muscle pain.

Does TRIARQ Health provide medical care?

No. TRIARQ Health does not practice medicine and is not an emergency service. Navigators provide guidance and support and help members reach the right specialty provider.
