Orthopedic practice management

Built for orthopedics.

Independent orthopedic practices partner with TRIARQ to run the whole practice: the operating platform, the revenue cycle, and the path into value-based care. One partner, built around how an orthopedic practice actually works.

What TRIARQ does for orthopedic practices

TRIARQ is a national physician services organization that runs the administrative half of an independent orthopedic practice: practice operations, end-to-end revenue cycle management, and value-based care enablement, on one platform called Pathways. You keep your ownership and your brand, and you choose how much we carry, function by function.

What we do

Your modern orthopedic partner

Start in one lane or run them all. Each is a Pathways Suite, tuned for orthopedic care.

The pathway

One partner across the operations, the revenue, and the path to value.

So the practice stays independent, and the surgeons stay surgeons.

What runs your modern orthopedic practice

Pathways, with orthopedic care built into the workflow rather than bolted on.

Pathways Visit

Intake and scheduling

Registration and scheduling patients finish before they arrive, so the front desk starts the visit instead of chasing it.

Pathways Practice

Orthopedic-built clinical record

Charting, orders, and workflow designed around orthopedic care, from the first imaging order to the post-operative visit, with information that moves cleanly to other providers, payers, and patients.

Pathways AI

Ambient documentation

AI listens to the visit and drafts the structured note in the record, so documentation happens during care instead of after hours.

Pathways Intelligence

Dashboards and insight

Practice-specific analytics on operations and medical economics. See where performance leaks, then watch it close.

Pathways Referral

Referral network

Referrals tracked from send to resolution across providers, payers, and patients, so the loop closes instead of leaking.

Pathways Revenue Performance

The revenue system

Four engagement tiers from technology-enabled to fully managed, so the revenue model fits the practice rather than the reverse.

Built for the people who carry the practice

Surgeon owners

Keep your independence and your equity. See the economics of the practice clearly, and let a partner carry the administration you never wanted to own.

Practice administrators

One accountable partner across operations, billing, and technology instead of five vendors pointing at each other. Your team works the practice, ours works the back office.

Groups, MSOs, and CINs

Scale the model across sites with shared analytics, network-level referral coordination, and value-program performance that makes the whole group more attractive to payers.

You draw the line. We meet you at it.

Partnership is not acquisition, and it is not all or nothing. Every TRIARQ engagement runs in one of three modes, chosen by you, function by function, and changed when the practice is ready.

You do it

Your team runs the function on our platform, with analytics, AI, and support behind them.

We share it

Co-managed. You keep operational control, we take shared accountability for the outcome.

We do it

We run the function end to end on your behalf. You govern the relationship and read the results.

What orthopedic practices ask us

Do we have to replace our record system to work with TRIARQ?
No. Many practices start with revenue cycle or value services on the systems they already run. Pathways Connect is the integration layer that lets TRIARQ work with your existing technology, and you adopt more of the platform only when it earns its place.
How does TRIARQ help an orthopedic practice with value-based care?
Pathways Value aligns the incentives, coordinates the care across the episode, and produces the scorecards. The practice sees its cost and quality performance the way a payer sees it, enters the programs that fit, and gets credit for outcomes it already delivers.
Can you support an ambulatory surgery center alongside the practice?
Yes. When a practice performs surgery in an ASC it owns or co-owns, the facility fee is billed on a separate claim under the ASC's own NPI and tax ID. TRIARQ works both sides of that structure, so professional and facility revenue are managed together rather than by two disconnected teams.
What happened to the Q products we used to hear about?
They became Pathways. The practice platform is Pathways Practice, intake and scheduling is Pathways Visit, analytics is Pathways Intelligence, the referral capability is Pathways Referral, and the full-service revenue tier is RCM Complete inside Pathways Revenue Performance. Same platform lineage, one name, and a wider set of services around it.
Is this an acquisition or a roll-up?
No. TRIARQ partners with independent practices. You keep your ownership, your brand, and your governance. The engagement runs at the level you choose, from technology enablement to fully managed services, and you can change that level as the practice grows.
Where do we start?
A conversation, then a clear picture of how the practice performs today. Most practices begin in one lane, usually revenue cycle or practice operations, and widen the partnership at the pace they set.
