What is Pathways Value?
The network enablement engine of the TRIARQ Pathways platform: four integrated shared-service modules covering program performance management, provider engagement, closed-loop referral management, and member engagement. It gives independent practices, CINs, MSOs, and risk-bearing entities the infrastructure that value-based contracts demand.
Do we need to be part of a CIN to use it?
No. Independent practices use Pathways Value to manage their own attributed populations, quality programs, and referral loops. CINs, MSOs, and risk-bearing entities use the same modules as shared services across their whole network. The engine scales in both directions.
How does it strengthen our payer relationships?
By making performance demonstrable. Quality measures, utilization, and cost trends are tracked continuously against contract terms and reported in the frameworks payers use. Networks that show up to contract conversations with evidence build deeper partnerships, and better contracts follow demonstrated results.
Is this only for primary care?
No. Specialists get episode-level analytics for bundled arrangements, referral source visibility, and payer-facing scorecards that make their value measurable. In a well-run network, specialty performance is a first-class citizen, not an afterthought.
How do we start?
Most organizations start with referral access: join the network, close referral loops, and see the coordination working. From there, the adoption path runs from self-managed tools to co-managed programs to full network-level partnership, at whatever pace fits.
